The self-catering cottage near Peebles is situated within the eighteenth century stables at Kailzie Gardens, and has an open aspect to the west.

Although positioned in the centre of the gardens, it is reasonably secluded, with it’s own small garden and sitting out area.

For those visiting Glentress there is secure storage for mountain bikes.

On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting room – with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric cooker, microwave and deep freeze.

A small utility room, with washing machine, leads into the bathroom. There is a large downstairs bedroom, and a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms. All bedrooms are twin bedded with blankets.

All rooms except the kitchen and utility room have fitted carpets. Colour TV, video and radio are provided.

There is oil central heating throughout the cottage, and an open fire in the sitting room.

There is an electric immersion heater, and every room has an electric radiator.

Tenants have free access to the gardens, and to the beautiful walks on the estate.

Trout fishing during the spring and summer months on the River Tweed, which flows through the estate, is included in the cottage rent.
